New Suggestions Engine For Autism

After many months building the process and collecting the data for using Odds Ratio on different bacteria/taxa levels for specific condition; then creating an implementation that runs fast on the web; the first version was released today.

At present, it uses either Ombre/Thryve data or the classic BiomeSight.com report and not the “Biomesight Consensus” report. If you have the “Biomesight Consensus”, Biomesight will create the classic report for free. Then just a matter of transferring to MicrobiomePrescription.com. [Discount Code for Biomesight is MICRO]

Example

The person below has been “double blessed”, i.e. has both Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Autism. A value above zero indicates increased risk, below zero (or close to zero) indicate decreased risk.

DateAutism Log(Odds)CFS Log(Odds)Dysbiosis Log(Odds)
2026-05-1824.3510.71-27.68
2025-12-0415.6210.63-35.23
2024-08-298.417.92-7.06
2023-10-2319.1212.92-14.12
2023-07-3116.79-6.750.57
2023-04-1211.4321.65-19.5
2021-06-12 44.6837.28-37.28
2021-01-1119.4722.05-22.05
2020-08-1531.42-20.1320.13
2020-04-2127.97-7.267.26
2019-12-0935.464.31-4.31

The interesting aspect of the above table is that Autism was consistent. We also see migration over time between general dysbiosis and ME/CFS/Long COVID. Samples pre 2022 were done with Ombre, after with Biomesight. Accuracy of Odds Ratio is a function of data size available, Biomesight has a much bigger population available then Ombre/Thryve, thus it is the preferred test for Odds Ratios.

Report Information

Bacteria Targets

Each significant bacteria is listed with it’s Log(Odds) listed under Importance with the desired direction to improve the odds. The percentile rank of your samples against others is also listed. In the sample below we see high amount to be lowered and low amount to be increased.

Suggestions

The suggestions list all possible things to consider with the safest at the top. Safest means no adverse impact on any of the above bacteria, followed by those with some risk

Literature

There is also a link to findings from studies and clinical trails. At present some 183 studies are listed.

This list substances that improves Autism and the number of studies

This is followed by the literature that is linked to the studies.
